Some heavy or bulky items cannot be shipped and you may receive this error at checkout:
"Shipping not available. Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address."
Please contact us for a quote on freight.
We will do our best to ship your items within 48 hours of the order being placed. Where possible, you will be provided a tracking number on your shipping confirmation. Parcels sent within Australia will generally be received within 2-5 business days of being sent, but may take longer under certain circumstances. We don’t accept any responsibility for delays in delivery of your purchased goods. If your parcel is returned to us as undelivered, you will be charged additional postage to resend your order to the correct address. In no circumstances will return postage costs be covered by Lincoln Rural. We are not responsible for items once they leave our store. Any loss or damage during transit will need to be resolved, by the buyer, with the courier. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit.
*Free Shipping discounts or promotions exclude some products - particularly large or bulky items. All items that qualify for free shipping will be sent via standard post and do not include express postage.
