The Grundfos JP5-48 is a compact, self-priming, single-stage centrifugal jet pump designed for reliable and trouble-free water supply. With excellent suction capacity and a built-in ejector with guide vanes, the JP5-48 provides optimum self-priming performance with a suction lift of up to 8 metres.

The stainless steel pump housing, composite impeller and electrophoretic paint coating provide excellent corrosion resistance and durability. Its compact design and convenient lifting handle also make the pump easy to carry and install.

The JP5-48 can lift water from below the inlet level and is capable of handling a mixture of air and water until the pump reaches a fully primed pumping condition. Built-in thermal and current protection automatically stops the pump if it overheats, while the air-cooled motor and sealed, greased-for-life ball bearings provide quiet operation with minimal maintenance.
